What we collect
Your name, email address and phone number, and the dates and number of guests for your stay. If you book direct, you may be asked to verify your identity through a verification service. Card payments and security deposits are processed by our payment provider, and we do not see or store your full card number. We also keep messages you send us, and your name and email if you join our mailing list. Our website provider collects basic information about how the site is used.

Why we collect it
To process your booking, verify your identity, keep the property secure, communicate with you about your stay, handle disputes, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with
Our booking software, payment provider, identity verification service, website provider and booking platforms such as Airbnb, and anyone else we need to share it with for your stay or where the law requires. Some of these providers store information outside Australia.

How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for bookings, legal and tax records and dispute handling.
