Horizon Holiday Homes, operating under Palmaston Group Pty Ltd, leases properties directly from owners and agents under a standard tenancy agreement. There's no co-hosting, no property management fees, and no revenue-share, we simply pay agreed rent on schedule, and take on the short-term rental side ourselves.

We review the property together and confirm short-term rental use is a good fit, including any body corporate or ownership requirements, before we talk terms.

A standard tenancy agreement is signed directly with us, with a minimum three-year term and fixed rent agreed upfront.

We furnish, style and list the property under our own brand, at our own cost.

We manage every guest and keep the property presented, while your rent arrives on schedule, as it would from any tenant.
